The Stained Glass Cowl is a squishy knit cowl with a gorgeous simple colorwork pattern that an intermediate knitter/beginner color-worker will love.  Designed to use a variegated yarn coupled with a solid or semi-solid color, the end result will be a beautiful cowl with a subtle pattern that will resemble stained glass.  Bulky or worsted weight yarns will have this flying off your needles and onto your neck in no time.

The yarn used for both samples shown in the photographs is Dover Street Supply Co. superwash merino wool.   You can shop this yarn at www.doverstreetsupplyco.com or by clicking the link.  This pattern is written for both a size 5 bulky weight, or worsted weight yarn, an aran weight would work well also.  Details about the Dover Street colorways can be found in the pattern.  Download the FREE PDF at the bottom of this post!
